Thank you for shopping with Kaiya. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Charges

Within Pakistan

  • Karachi: PKR 250

  • Outside Karachi: PKR 350

Please note that delivery charges for remote, far-zone, or out-of-service areas may vary depending on the courier's coverage.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping charges based on their delivery city. Orders placed with incorrect delivery charges may be cancelled or held until the correct shipping fee has been paid.

Prepaid Orders Required

The following locations and delivery addresses are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) and must be paid in advance via bank transfer:

  • Azad Kashmir

  • Gilgit-Baltistan

  • Hunza

  • International destinations

  • Hostels

  • Hospitals

  • Universities

  • Schools

  • Remote areas

  • Villages

  • Far-zone or out-of-service locations

Orders for any of the above locations that are placed using Cash on Delivery will be automatically cancelled.

For deliveries to universities, schools, hospitals, and hostels, advance payment of the applicable delivery charges is mandatory before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time

Pakistan

Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 6–8 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International delivery is available upon request only.

At this time, international shipping is not available through our website checkout. Customers wishing to place an international order should contact us directly through our official social media pages or customer support for assistance and a shipping quotation.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

3. Mode of Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available only in eligible locations within Pakistan)

  • Bank Transfer / Online Payment

Orders that require advance payment will only be processed after the payment has been received and verified.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and city are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Kaiya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Kaiya reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this Shipping Policy.
